MUSIC FOR PRIVATE EVENTS in Italy!
Music is actually an essential to the success of your party…Private events, business events: music can’t be neglected, furthermore, it must be planned carefully and on a professional basis. Music makes the difference, it makes people feel comfortable, accompanies the most important moments and…it creates the right ATMOSPHERE!
Music in your event can be the CLOU of the evening, or it can just accompany your guests as a discrete background.
In the first case a real mini-concert show performed in the right moment is going to add value to your event, giving to your guests the opportunity to enjoy a pleasant atmosphere (the length of this musical moment should be around 20/30 minutes unless you want to lose the surprise-effect and the attention of your guests!)
In the second case (music as a discrete background) it is necessary to follow the party theme, with musicians who can play according to your guests’ taste and yours.
Music for events is very useful to articulate, follow and accompany the various moment of the evening. I personally divide an event in three main moments: WELCOME COCKTAIL, DINNER, AFTER DINNER.
For the happy hour WELCOME is usually advisable to perform an international repertoire with smooth sounds like jazz, soulful or maybe lounge/deep house in the case of a glamour event with a DJ SET.
I personally prefer performing in trio/quartet for what concerns jazzy atmospheres that create pleasant effects: voice and saxophone for a warm feeling, voice and violin for particularly elegant and formal situations or why not, a DJ set with live voice if you want your event to be very GLAMOUROUS without renouncing to a live vocal performance!!
During the DINNER some music in wired wireless or at least a discrete duo that performs quietly the right songs with the right volume is actually recommended.
For the AFTER DINNER, if dancing is expected, it is suggested a more captivating and exciting repertoire. An interesting and rhythmical repertoire will persuade even the shyest dancers to come on the dance floor and have a great time!!
Proposing and suggesting the right formation is one of my prerogatives. If it is requested, I can also deal with audio/lighting equipment with the collaboration of a creative director, in order to create simply unforgettable and settings atmospheres… made to measure for any occasion.
